In 2005 it was identified that the Victorian health sector required a quality and competitively priced financial management and consulting service that understood their environment and was able to focus on their unique needs.

With this in mind the VHIA and David Wenban established a Health Financial which has been recognised as a quality and competitively priced financial and management Services company delivering services directly to the health, residential, disability and community care sectors. It helps members to cost effectively reduce some of the major costs of managing a modern workforce, without compromising quality.

The company is owned in part by its Principal and Chief Executive Officer David Wenban who has a clinical background and is a current legal practitioner with extensive experience in both the rural and metropolitan health sector and the VHIA.
